Dr Janice Lim founded Aetelier with a clear philosophy: enhancing beauty, not changing it. With a background in dentistry and facial aesthetics, she brings together clinical precision, facial anatomy, skin science and a natural aesthetic eye to create treatment plans that feel personal, considered and results-driven.
Dr Janice graduated from the University of Leeds in 2018 and began her aesthetic training in 2019. She went on to further study skin ageing and aesthetic medicine at the University of Manchester in 2020, continuing to develop her clinical understanding through ongoing learning, advanced training and hands-on experience.
Rather than treating aesthetics as a single procedure, Dr Janice focuses on the full patient journey: how you are assessed, how options are explained, how treatment quality is maintained and how results can support confidence while still feeling entirely like you.
